PVC compounds can be formulated,using mang different type of additives which makes PVC has been so successful as a commodity thermoplastic, from medical applications such as tubing and blood bags to long life applications such as window frames and rainwater goods.Flexible PVC compounds usually called PVC-P formulated with plasticizers which help give them “rubber like” properties.Rigid PVC compounds usually called PVC-U without plasticizer: high hardness, excellent mechanical properties, andhigh melting point.

1.Feed the PVC material into the high-speed mixer, and the screw loader to transport the mixed powder into the first-stage parallel co rotating twin-screw extruder.
2.After efficent plasticization and homogenation on the twin-screw extruder at a temperature of 150-160°C,the melted compounds directly enters the large-diameter second-stage single-screw extruder, without compressed by the die head.
3.The single-screw extruder complete the extrusion granulation at low screw speed, high pressure, and cooling conditions. The temperature of melting pvc compounds should drop to 120-140°C before entering the air-cooled hot face pelletizing system.
4. After pelletizing, cooled by the secondary air-cooled cyclone separator,the granules temperature can be dropped to 35°C-40°C . After the air-cooled vibrating sieve, the granules temperature drops below room temperature to be sent to the final product silo for packaging.

We will send you spare parts free of charge If they are in warranty, not including easy-broken parts. For easy-broken parts, we will only charge a cost fee.

We have passed the IS09001:2000 Quality Management System and CE certificate and we have a special QC department in charge of products' quality. If you also need other certificates, we also can help to apply.

Our conventional packaging is: After doing the anti-rust treatment, wrap the plastic film around the machine and then fix the machine on the wooden bracket.
