SHJ-36 Small Scale Twin Screw Extruder for Color Masterbatch Compounding

SHJ-36 co rotating twin extruder is popular for color masterbatch production among our customer . It is a highly efficient and reliable machine designed specifically for small-scale production of color masterbatch compounding, like red, green, blue, white, yellow etc. 
For color masterbatch making, the screw configuration design and gearbox speed is very important for dispersing pigments and carrier resin.

Feeding system

There are two options for the feeding mechanism. One is a volumetric type, while the other is a loss in weight system (automated and more precise).

Custom-made gearbox

Torque rating grade: T/A3≤8 adhering to the national standard for major components

Innovative structure design and high precision grinding of hardened gear teeth ensure the gearbox operates efficiently for a long time.

Custom-made screw

The screw element is designed with closely interlocking parts, in a block format, and can be easily swapped to accommodate different materials.

Custom-made barrel

The precision level can reach IT 6, which helps reduce energy consumption. The block design also allows for versatile combinations.

Pelletizing system 

We offer various pelletizing systems, such as strand pelletizing, water ring die face pelletizing, air cooling die face pelletizing, and underwater pelletizing, to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Control system

There are two types of control mechanisms available. One is button control, while the other is PLC control with a touch screen interface.
