1. High efficient twin-screw compounding, the finished material without die head backpressure residence, stuck into the low speed low shear single screw cooling, stabilivolt extrusion, avoiding high shear of the twin-screw which caused high melting temp. materials decompose in the twin-screw head retention.
2. Twin-screw is a separated, used for drying, solid, compounding part, single-screw part dedicates dry cooling stabilivolt extrusion, the decomposition function in favor of low priority of the two parts out of the main engine parameter design.
3. Higher efficiency and capacity: widely used in kinds of heat-sensitive materials and high powder filling operation system, such as: PVC, XLPE, halogen-free flame retardant cable, shielding material, carbon black master batch, etc.

Gear box-self made
Torque rating grade: T/A3≤8 domestic standard major parts
New structure design and high precision grinding of hardened gear teeth to ensure the gear box long time high efficiency working.
Screw-self made
Screw element is with closely intermeshed design, block type and can be easily exchanged to suit different material.
Barrel-self made
Precision grade can reach to IT 6. It is benefit for energy reduction and block type design makes it possible for various combination.
Gear box-self made
