A twin screw compounding extruder consist of four important parts as belows:



  1. Heating:

    Accurate ,individual heating for different zones,heating method depends on the characteristic of processing materials

  2. Feeding: 

    More cost-effective volumetric feeding based on premix process.

    Separate feeding with gravimetric dosing systems. Accurate weigh or forced powder feeding, or Pressure liquid metering feeding operation for high-end production processing

  3. Controlling:

    Adopt Euro,US,Japan brand top brand PLC (Siemens,Delta )controlling, electrical

  4. Driving:

    Well-known famous Siemens ABB motor provide strong,powerful output , energy transferred by

      high-end gear box, guarantee stable performance. With safety heavy loading, and torque protection.

Design of Jieya Twin screw Extruder:


Twin screw extruder for thermoplastic Extruder is built on a modular system.

  1. Modular designed screws elements

  2. Modular designed barrels

  3. Independent temperature control 

Screw elements with different lengths and functions are mounted to the main splined shaft. The screw combination is changeable, according to the requirements for conveying/kneading/Mixing/shearing, different processing tasks can be finished on the same machine.

The barral could be divided into different zones with different tasks including feeding,homogenizing,degassing ,pressure building.Hence, when part of the screw element, liner or barrel wear out, we only need to replace the broken parts instead of replacing the whole screw or barrel. Maintenance cost saves.

Barrels, as well as screw elements, are made out of  materials corresponding to the respective requirements,such as wear or corrosion resisting.

The modular principle of the barrel permits precise sequencing for each application. Each barrel section's temperature can beset separately. Normally, electrical heaters provide heating, and cooling is obtained with water. 










Gear box-self made

Torque rating grade: T/A3≤8 domestic standard major parts

New structure design and high precision grinding of hardened gear teeth to ensure the gear box long time high efficiency working.


Screw-self made

Screw element is with closely intermeshed design, block type and can be easily exchanged to suit different material.


Barrel-self made

Precision grade can reach to IT 6. It is benefit for energy reduction and block type design makes it possible for various combination.
