Jieya offers a wide range of screw shaſts which are made appropriate to machine and process requirements to prevent over maintenance or failure.

The core shaft of the screw is constructed using 40CrNiMoA material, allowing for easy disassembly and assembly of the screw thread components. The overall hardness of the core shaft is between 350 and 380HB.

      with our exclusively developed wear and corrosion resistant material,the service life of screw elements could be          extended when compounding polymers with reinforced materials like glass and carbon fibers , inorganic fillers           and ceramic masses. Wide range of different materials such as:

      W6Mo5Cr4V2: High-speed tool steel
     38CrMoAIA: Nickel-based tungsten carbide alloy
     Hastelloy C: Nickel-based alloy with tungsten carbide

  Screw elements built on modular principle allows various L/D ratio of screw easily be changed to suit          different material.
